I figured the cats would have hated this pack and shredded its netting on the first day. I was definitely wrong there. I take my cat with me in the car no problems. The other cats like being towed around like royalty. In the car, so long as you fold out the front, my cat will just relax and look around. It came with a free little bowl. Obviously was made for a dog, but it works perfectly for cats. They must think it’s a box. Actually, my one cat was angry I put it in the closet and threw a fit. Great buy.

I thought this would be perfect for my two kittems that I’m trying to train to be comfortable with travel and hiking. My ten week old and twelve week old kittens fit inside with plenty of room to grow, and I left it out all night so they could play with it and get used to it (my 12 week old kitten is the black kitten inside the pack in the pictures). Still, on our first hike the next day, I didn’t get more than maybe 300 yards when my ten week old pooped something awful inside it, getting it all over both of them! Suffice it to say, this is not a good item to add to the training regime. They should probably already be trained for travel before using it. Other than that, the pack is sturdy, seems to be well-made, and has lots of space. It has a terrible off-gas smell and should be aired out well before use.

When I saw this and looked at the price I ordered it right away for my two cats who are strictly indoor cats. I saw the other products with the bubble and just side ventilation and felt it would be way to hot during the summer months for walks or trail hikes.

It’s a lot bigger than I expected, but seems to be constructed very well. I love all the ventilation and the pop out so they can lay out. It comes with an adorable pop up bowl which can be used for water or treats (no lid, but it does have clip to latch onto a strap)

It’s super heavy without a cat in it. Your wallet and cats may love this carrier but your back may require a hot bath and Epsom’s salt or icy hot!

But the enjoyment of listening to your cat singing and purring with joy I’m more than happy to preset my bath water temp before we head out on our walks! 🥰

Great size for my 7 lb 7 month old mini dachshund. He outgrew the first bag I got him and this is perfect for his new size. I wish the mesh was black, because it’s really hard to see him through the gray. The bottom stays mostly flat, but not completely, when worn. When worn as a front pack, you can’t look down and see the pup. The inside pocket should be removed, it invites chewing. The big middle flap would be improved with 2 zippers. All that said, I’m keeping it and my pup and I have successfully used it several times.

The quality seemed good, but………this is only good for a kitten(they don’t stay that small for forever). An adult cat can fit in the carrier, but tightly. Barely any room to move. The netted part, that folds out, my cat could only get his head in.. no way a full grown cat could lay in there. Pictures are deceiving. I returned it.

Decided it was time to purchase something better than the giant pet crate we’ve had and always wanted to get a backpack style, needless to say my cat Chip loves using it just to chill out in. He’s 11.5 lbs and fits pretty good into it. I’d say it’s not quite as sturdy as you’d want a backpack to be but considering he’s not a fan of travel I won’t be taking him hiking in it lol. But just for going to the vet or even a quick something to put him in in an emergency situation I’d say it’s great for that.

My six pound kitten was attached to the lease on the inside of the backpack while it was sitting open on the ground. The bag tipped over, which scared her into running. The bag stayed attached to her for a few feet, and then the little leash completely broke off and ripped a hole through the flap. We had to chase her and crawl under a car to retrieve her. Luckily, she was unhurt, but this is a SERIOUS safety issue if it had occurred near a road or on a hiking trail where we would be unable to find her.

I have not been able to get a refund, not worth the $40.

Its kind of small for my bigger cat. There is not to much room to move but its sturdy easy to use. We using if for a long distance flight,
Edit to add: we used for a long distance flight with our second cat. It was good for her helped her to stay calm and protected.
