Perfect height, very sturdy, anti-slip steps are very secure for my small dog. She runs up and down very easily. Folds and fits under the bed when I don’t want the dog on the bed. I recommend.

I have mixed feelings.
The good: small and can fold up, neutral color, decent price, good height/stair width, works for my dog.
Cons: cheap stair covers (felt like), actually does slip on my wood floors, collects hair, not very sturdy for my 40lb dog (he can push it away from him when getting down).
I got this for my little dog cause she has joint problems and it works for her but it’s not ideal. I had to set it up against my bed and wall so that it doesn’t slide. I’m not thrilled with the stair covers because they don’t actually help grip. It’s decent for the price but I should’ve just spent more money for better quality

My dog had sprained his foot continuously trying to jump on the bed. I got these stairs and he was unsure how to use them at first.. but in 2 days of training he’s getting up and down from the bed just fine :). It folds under the bed for a quick storage hideaway. My bed is higher than most pics I saw and it fits it just fine. Video posted.

I found the dog steps are too narrow and too steep. I have a little dog and I have got her to go up the steps but there is no way she will use them to get down. I also had to put some rubber matting under them because even with the non slip it still moved. This product is for very small dogs like a Chihuahua, I have a Havanese.

This came with the locks broken and couldn’t even use it and its a pain in the butt to even try and return it. UPS won’t take it and now I have paid for an item that is broken and won’t work.

I have a very tall bed, and a cat that’s getting older and needed some help. You know how cats can be very contrary and stubborn and refuse to use things they don’t like? At first I had makeshift stairs made from boxes to determine if she would consider stairs, and she loved those, but they looked awful and were beginning to break down, so I decided to upgrade to real pet stairs. I put them alongside the boxes so she could check them out and hopefully not build up a resistance to using them, after a few days I took away the boxes, and now the real test was on! Would it be cat acceptance? Cat mutiny? And we had a winner! These arrived in perfect condition, they are sturdy enough for my fat cat, I think she weighs 12-13 pounds, and they don’t slip on hardwood floors. I was worried the width of the steps might be to narrow for her to comfortably descend, but she hasn’t had any issues. The picture I attached is her expression when I moved the steps away from the bed to access something, and she was very concerned and slightly upset that they weren’t coming back.

My 5lb Pomeranian loves having the freedom to go up and down from my bed as he pleases. No more accidents on my blankets either because he’s no longer stuck up there and can get down to go to his pee pad when needed!

I feel so bad that I’m even writing about my beloved 13-1/2 year old black Labrador Retriever’s experience with this product.
As many “Elderlabs” do, she’s been having pain in her hind legs for a while, and somehow I thought these might help. (Duh)
Kona previously had a three-step cat scratcher standard sized stair setup that sort of worked ok for her (Kona).
I thought I’d be helpful with these “slick” steps (literally) for her…poor girl couldn’t figure out how to get up to her royal doggie sofa; they were clearly made for doggies with (much) shorter legs, as she slipped and slid all the way back to the floor.
She tried so hard to make these work. After a few hundred attempts (ok, that’s what it felt like), she just looked at me with those sad puppy eyes; I thought we were both going to cry.
She “told me” she was sorry; I told her it was all my doing, and we hugged (seriously).
In the next few minutes I got her “catwalk” stairs set up even better than before. She walked right up the steps to her throne and plopped down with an “Arggh.” I gave her some treats to make up for my wrongdoing, and re-researched these and other stairs to see if maybe I had maybe purchased the wrong size. Nope.
I’m still giving this actual product a decent review because I do think it would work well for a smaller dog. The steps are fairly lightweight, they do fold for easy storage and travel, and they have a contemporary look to them that many others do not.
I wish they were made for larger dogs too…
Oh well. Catwalk and CBD oil it is for now…
Kona seems to be quite content for now.
Update-12/20:
Kona is now 14-3/4. She has forgiven me, as all labs almost instantaneously do.
Still using same ol’ carpeted steps.
Researching ramps to make it easier for her trip (sometimes literally) up to her throne.
We got her “handled!” Ok, not exactly.
We invested in a “Help ‘Em Up Harness” recommended by our vet, which has made a big difference over the past few months.
(Still love the idea of these steps and really wish they came in “Aging Labrador Retriever” size. Sniff)
Update 9/3/21:
• Kona is 15-1/2.
• To manufacturer:
PLEASE make these for larger dogs!
Either fewer steps with larger tread, or
a sturdy ramp!
I love your product and would like to see
more inclusivity for larger, aging dogs
who can live longer, happier lives if they
can just Get Up without hurting
themselves.

The black treads in the product photo were not included. They are needed to make the stairs quieter and safer. My dogs won’t use it. It’s noisy and slippery. I would like for the company to send me the black adhesive treads or I am going to have to send this back.

My dog, who is used to using pet stairs, could not use this product. At first, I thought it was due to the hardwood floors, but it also buckled upstairs on carpet. For reference, he is a West Highland Terrier and 24 lbs.

We were fostering a 3 lb chihuahua with a broken leg (surgery to fix) and we ended up adopting her. We were pretty paranoid about her jumping off the bed in our master (its a high bed) so we bought these stairs mainly because they fold up. They work great for her. I’m not so sure I’d want one of our 70 lb dogs on it but it’s absolutely perfect for the little one.

My 10-year-old dog doesn’t like to jump into the car anymore, and I was afraid that lifting her might tweak my back, as she weighs more than 50 lbs. I got these steps for a 7-day road trip, and they are great! She quickly became comfortable with them and used them multiple times per day to get into the car, and sometimes out of it too. I also use them to get her up on a high bed. Note that the steps can slip, so I usually brace them with my foot. I am a little worried that the tabs that lock the folding legs in place might break, as they seem flimsy, so I don’t fold the legs flat if I don’t have to. Overall, a good product and a real game changer for me.
