It arrived quickly and extremely easy to apply to my love seat. The directions are easy-peasy to understand…just pull the blue part off, apply to the couch or chair, pull the white part off and, presto, protection for your furniture. My cats were very interested in it for a few days but grew accustomed to it and have not bothered my furniture at all. A definite purchase for those who have cats and want their furniture to stay intact!

Please see photo in review showing Grendel the Maine Coon giving me a hateful “really?!!?” look after discovering the side of the dresser is not a scratching post…Not No More!!!! muhahaaaaaa. Anyway, these sheets of Sticky are large and nicely cover the side of a chair or couch, would bend around ottomans, lay flat on rugs and can be cut into shape needed. for fun effect, put a strip on a counter top and watch a reenactment of “The cartoon jump in the air, scramble in place then zoom away” This product sticks well and has been a big help. many uses because of large sheets, good value. pack came with several sizes, double sided sticking.

I’m DEVASTATED. It ruined my new furniture. Worse than what my cat would have done. I actually paid for this stuff. I used per directions. I did test out a tiny spot before hand but the longer it stays on the fabric the more it pulls off when you go to remove it. I cut smaller portions and put where I thought my cat might scratch. I didnt realize that it would collect every bit of hair, lint or whatever could stick to it so after a week I went to remove it and found put the real damage. I am crying and totally sick to my stomach. I used on every piece of furniture. Brand new expensive furniture has spots where it removed the fabric off and those spots are quite obvious. Please save yourself.

Hi all! SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT BUY THESE! Ordered them for my new couches that came in Sunday, these came in today. I put them on following the instructions. My very tall husband bumped into one and his brand new jeans left a blue spot on them so per the instructions I removed it correctly so I didn’t have what looked like a big blue spot on my beautiful new couches and was going to out a new one on. Nope! I had to take them off because it pulled at the fabric in every spot I put them! I’m beyond pissed! I will be contacting the company after this as this has ruined my 2 day old couches that I had special ordered and waited 7 months for!!!! DO NOT BUY!

Just got two cats, and since declawing isn’t a thing anymore, I bought this item to protect nicer furniture as we train them to scratch on things meant for that (scratching posts, etc). In the first few days before I ordered this item, they were already trying out scratching the nice furniture I wanted to protect. I applied this tape, and they stopped immediately. They’re now interested in nibbling at the tape wherever it’s not completely flush against the fabric of the furniture, but that’s not the tape’s problem. This definitely feels like something that cost pennies to make that is marked up 1000% and selling for what the market will bear, but if it works, it’s worth the money, and it does seem to work.

I want to give this 10 stars. This is the absolute BEST product. It works. There’s nothing more to say… except that it is easy to install. Sit back and watch the cats stay away from whatever it is that’s covered with this tape.

Completely ruined our couch wherever the adhesive strips were applied. It probably looks worse now than had we done nothing at all. The strips were on for about 3 weeks and I removed one out of curiosity and discovered it pulled up all the little fabric loops up with it. This couch was still in excellent like-new condition and now wouldn’t even pass for good-used. It’ll be a free on-the-side-of-the-road couch when we decide to upgrade, which won’t be for some time considering it’s a custom couch that is less than 2 years old.

Don’t use this! I lightly applied it on the sides of my new chairs. When I pulled it off, it took fabric with it. These are not cheap chairs, this should not have happened. Great idea, but not worth the chance of damaging your furniture. I would return it, but I do not have any of the packaging.

Whish this product came with my kitten! Soon as I put it in her favorite spots, my sofa and dining room chairs she stopped. Took one sniff tapped it with her paw then walked away. Whether I’m home or not no more scratching. Finally she uses her 8 scratching posts on her cat tree. Happy customer …. Happy cat.
