I have had the sweat belts that go only on your tummy and they move up and down to much. This vest stays put and i love how it’s one piece but allows to have it tight on your tummy and loose on your chest . And true to fit I’m 5’10 and 285 lbs and my bust is a DDD 40 and I bought th 3 XL

Great product. To get a good sports bra fit you may want to order a size or two smaller. I had to order twice b/c the first one was too big. My original size is XL so I ordered a LG but it was too big. I then returned my order & ordered a MED & it worked out perfect. I am very large up top & smaller below so I had to find a balance. I hope the picture helps. Also, for the women asking, I am a 36F with a 36in waist. They did make it easy for me to return it, so make sure you open it with care just in case.

This vest helps you keep your core warm (and of course, sweat!) I had to exchange the one I first ordered (Large – supposed to fit US size 12-14) but I was unable to zip the bust part so I went up a size. XL fits me nicely. I was able to sweat off about a pound of water weight (I paired the vest with another sweat-enhancing product) in about 35min of HIIT cardio. Even on the parts I didn’t use the extra product (upper back) I was still sweating. Recommended!

I like this vest a lot! Its not exactly tight but its a good kind of snug feeling. It does crush my brest a bit. I tried it on with no bra too. Its not too bad but i guess the goal is to fit in it more. Wish it had more back support
If u have big breast or large stomach area don’t bend over in this 😂 you’ll lose your breath

I got the 3xl in this to be safe. I probably could have gotten away with a 2xl. I am 5’2 230lbs. My bust is 48.5″ and waist is about 43″. See photo for reference

Started my journey again to lose weight. This worked as soon as I put it on. I sweat easily so this helped even more. Soft fabric. I’m a 40 DDD or DD depending on bra cut 5’5 275lbs. Pretty proportioned and ordered the 4x. Maaaaybe could of ordered the 3x to make it even tighter. But the 4 shall do.

Great item. So glad I purchased. I wasn’t sure what size to order. Lucky it worked out right. I ordered an XL. My height is 5.5 / weight 215. And it holds everything in prefect!!!!! So perfect my mom ordered one also. I recommend this item. Really helps you to work up a sweat….

I waited until I had actually stuck to a regiment of wearing this to post an accurate review. I love it!!!! I use albolene under to increase my sweat and I swear by the inches I’ve seen come off. No muffin top and my back pudges are shrinking!!!! I can’t wait to start my weight training with this vest on. It came on time and In great shape, looks exactly like the picture.
