Overall: Lenovo knocked it out of the park. N4000 processor keeps up with the lightweight Chrome OS. Although you’re not going to screen share with this device. Zoom/Duo as participant ONLY. Get Windows for Zoom.
Screen: Nice IPS screen, only 250 nits or so. Plenty bright enough for around the house, would have trouble outdoors. Highly glossy screen creates vivid reflections.
Speakers: They’re fine. Middle of the road laptop speakers. Nothing to write home about but not as bad as the online reviews say.
Keyboard/Trackpad: Keyboard is slightly mushy, but responsive enough. Sometimes it misses a letter from not firmly hitting key. Trackpad feels good and no complaints.
Camera/Microphone: Excellent for a 720p camera. Many reviews said best camera at this price point and I would agree. Again only 720p but it’ll do, you won’t be embarrassed video conferencing.

Okay, so this is my very first Chromebook. I have a gaming laptop, but it’s quite heavy and expensive and I didn’t wan’t to take it along with me everyday when I go back to school this Fall. I was going to buy this brand new, but saw Amazon had this refurbished one for almost half the price. I’m always skeptical when I buy used/refurbished items, but I took the chance because of the positive reviews. Well….I can positively say I definitely do not regret getting this!! The box was packed very securely to ensure no damages to the laptop. Upon inspecting the laptop, I noticed that it looked very brand new! I didn’t see a single scratch. It did arrive with a dead battery though, so I plugged it in and in less than a minute I was already on it and getting signed in! I did have a problem getting it to connect to my printer, but then figured out that the Chromebook just needed an update and everything connected perfectly after that. As far as performance goes, this Chromebook is very fast!! I love the fact that it folds back into a tablet. The screen is very responsive and I bought a thin-tip stylus for it that works great as well. It doesn’t have the most superior graphics, but for the price and what I will be using it for, that doesn’t even matter! I even tried Google Stadia for the first time on it (Google’s cloud gaming platform) and it actually ran games like Resident Evil 7 and Little Nightmares 2! Granted, it doesn’t look as good as a gaming PC or gaming console (and does have a tiny bit of lag), but the fact that this little thing can even play those games is impressive. Also, the battery life is amazing. I’m looking forward to playing around with it more and learning all it can do. Definitely one of my favorite purchases of the year!

We ordered the chromebook for our daughter as she was going to be learning remotely from home 3 days a week and our home PC is too slow now to handle the load of remote learning. The price was the first thing that attracted us. The package arrived earlier than it was originally stated and right away we notuced that the box and the packaging looked like it was a new item. We dug right in and opened the box and I have to say this Chromebook looked new, brand new. There was nothing that pointed to a refurbished unit. The battery had some charge so it started up right away. After the initial setup of users, language, locations, etc., we started putting it it to work. The screen was bright and crisp. The touchscreen is responsive and effortless in use. We chose the smaller screen as it cut the weight and fit in our daughter’s backpack so at home, she has a second monitor to work on any applications while the main screen is for video conferencing. This chromebook handles the added screen with out any issues. The built in camera works great and produced very clean video. I had a pleasant experience from ordering upto now. We are now thinking of getting another one for us and we would definitely come back here.

Me encantó, la compré cuando costaba 6.2 hace un mes y pagué otros 1.5 de importación. Entre todas mis opciones, fue la mejor. La pantalla touch me ha ayudado mucho cuando estoy leyendo, tiene gran espectro de luz; la batería le dura mucho, la cargo 15 minutos 2 veces al día o 40 una sola vez. Me ha durado incluso dos días sin usarla mucho o varias horas continuas. Me gusta que tenga la entrada para el cable de los dos lados. El teclado parece de Mac, no tiene la ñ, pero se configura a español y no se nota. Tiene las bocinas abajo, no son muy buenas pero a mí no me importa, son suficiente y como sea se puede comprar una externa. Es sistema es muy fácil de usar y es muy rápida. Sí tiene unos rayones abajo, pero ni siquiera veo esa parte. El único problema que he tenido es que se desconecta del Internet a veces, pero creo que eso tiene que ver con mi compañía de Internet y no con la computadora. La pantalla se ve muy bien.

Very impressed the device. Out of the box I have had no issues configuring and using this Chromebook. There is an occasional lag but I am not a Gamer, just needed to work from home on a dedicated device. With Linux Terminal on this I can do all my shell work, control all my Linux systems and do all of my reports. Lightweight, Great design, Awesome Battery Life.

This was my first experience with a Chromebook, having previously had MacBooks. I was surprised by the quality for the price. The metal casing is durable and feels sleek. I love that this Chromebook can fold into a table-like form and that it’s touchscreen. That’s something that my MacBooks could never do! I also love that you can download apps from the Google Play Store, adding to its functionality. My 3-year-old son has started to claim it to watch his cartoons and can operate by himself. So we might need another one soon! I was already a Google/Gmail/Chrome enthusiast, so I really am enjoying Chrome OS.

It showed up a week like it said it would. I opened the box and the only way you can tell it’s refurbished at all is the tiny scuff on the shell. I am talking small less than an inch and on the outside.
It is awesome. It loaded up fast easy to install things on.
Apps that do not appear or won’t support Pokemon go, alexa, and a few others but who cares this thing is awesome. It is a great buy mine updates until date is in 2026.
My roommate bought this chromebook new last year so I knew it was a good one. She researches everything and uses hers as her main computer. I bought mine to be a non work computer, a tablet, and to goof off. I know my printer won’t ever connect to this chromebook and that’s fine. I didn’t buy it for that.
I had given my tablet to a dear friend in the hospital, so I wanted to replace mine but found this was a better deal, more affordable and more uses. I will enjoy being able to take it out of my home without fear of breaking my work laptop.
Thinking about buying one for my 90 year old father who doesn’t know how to use computers for the holidays.

Bought 2 books simultaneously for my elementary kids. The books work perfectly and the OS is supper user friendly. Looks new, touchscreen works, and so does the A/V. I recommend this seller.
