I purchased this hp chromebook for the keyboard back light feature, not the touch screen; I got neither. Per HP’s research on the serial number; only 7 months left on the warranty. Needless to say, no initial set up support from HP! In addition, the little I used this chromebook proved the mouse to be very non-responsive. Please also note the reviews have been haphazardly apply to this specific device and tend to confuse. Overall a frustrating experience.

Really NOT a laptop but more the chromebook/notebook style. Bought as a gift and the user likes it. Does have the nee Windows S on it and that adds more COST to make it like a regular notebook.

Easy to use and like the speed. Had on older laptop, 10lbs and was running slow. I picked this one because it was an upgrade and the price was within budget. After ordering and returning 3 other computers, this one makes me happy. It isn’t touch screen, but that’s not a biggy to me.
