Our dog eats raw food and often takes it out of the bowl to eat – tried other mats – but he would take the food to the floor and a mess to clean
This mat is secure, doesnt slip, doesnt let the bowl slip and the dog eats the raw food on it – not the floor
Great turquoise colour
THanks

I bought this because my cat was moving her water fountain around our hardwood floor scratching the surface. Since using her water and bowls have stayed put! I love it. And it fits in the dishwasher.
My only complaint is the size. Because we have a fountain, I’d like it to be about 2” wider and 4” longer. There are no other sizes available. But it works so well, I make the small size work.

I love this mat. The silicon is thick and soft at the same time. The brown color is beautiful and matches my hardwood floor. It’s a really elegant mat for your dog’s dining area.

This mat is exactly what I was looking for. I have four cats, and the youngest one likes to play with her food and the food bowls.
She likes to take her food out of the bowl and chew it up over the floor dropping pieces. When she is done eating she uses the bowls as hockey pucks on my hardwood floors, whether they are empty or not. Needless to say there are bowls and food everywhere.
I purchased two of these mats because I needed them to accommodate three bowls and a cat water fountain.
I choose these mats for a few reasons. #1 because they grip on the bottom as well as the top, which will keep the mat from sliding around as well as the bowls on top of the mat. #2 the mats have a slight lip to them keeping the food and water on the mat. #3 the mat is water proof therefore protecting my hardwood floors. #4 the mat is not tall at all. I needed the end of a door to be able to open over the top of the mat.
These mats have solved the problem. The bowls stay in place and no more food on my floor. Great product!

Wonderful product. We purchased a second we liked it so much. Food bowl doesNOT move on mat and mat stays securely in place on floor. We forgot to pick it up one morning and my husband found our Bichon sleeping on it – I guess dreaming about the next meal! The 10 Year warranty is a good indication of the quality. We DO recommend-more importantly, our dog recommends!

My kitty eats like a crazy person but every drop of food stays inside the matt. It’s so nice to not have to pick up kitty food from all over my apartment.

an issue for him to jump to his food

These make great boot/shoe trays. I got them in a color that matches the floor where they sit, so they sort of ‘disappear’ and I’m pleased that they will be easy to clean and store away rolled up very small when not in use.

Packed poorly with no product protection. Poorer quality then the one I just bought that was too big. This one feels and looks cheap. The pink wad bought from this company. The teal is better quality from be one breed. Sadly i wanted pink.

This looks like it will work well and be easy to clean. The bowl still moves across it, but is stopped by the lip on the edge. Then again, there is some force pushing it 😉. The only color in the large was pink and it is a true bubble gum/ pepto pink!

We have had the feeding mat for a little less than a week. We use it for water only as our 6 month old, 50+pound puppy, Brutus, has no inclination to wipe his mouth after drinking. And sometimes, there is a sparkle in the bottom of the bowl that must be explored! It’s there as he observes it at every angle for multiple seconds (see picture) before the digging begins. The mat isn’t big enough to catch all of the water, but it does catch most of it. I’m not complaining about the size of the mat; it’s still a good-sized mat.
A small lip around the mat keeps the water from draining onto the floors.
Before the mat, we weren’t sure if the wet paw prints were water or puppy piddle. Now, when we see wet paw prints, we know someone is in trouble!
The color is a nice navy color that should blend nicely with everything except other shades of navy and black. (It’s my opinion only that navy and black don’t work.)
As for durability, we’ve had it a week. It seems as if it should last a very long time. The Gorilla Grip name gives me that hope, too. It will not survive if Brutus decides to make it a chew toy, but neither did a Kong toy. The mat has been exposed to his pawing at it as he was mining for the sparkle and has held up well.
It is super easy to clean.
What else do you want?
It’s a mat!

My 14 year old dog’s weak front legs started slipping on the tile floor, so she had to lay down to eat. This solved the problem! I can’t really comment on durability since I just bought it.

One of my cats likes to drag the water bowl across the floor, leaving a wet mess behind. I bought the mat to deter this behavior and to contain any spills that might still occur. Shu still managed to drag the bowl, which has a (supposedly) non-skid bottom, across the mat, causing spills and she even managed to drag it over the rim of the mat onto the floor. Shu is not a big cat. Also, it turned out that cleaning up the mat each morning was more labor-intensive than just wiping up the floor — along with the water, there was the cat hair to deal with, which couldn’t just be wiped away — it stuck to the mat. So, after drying up the water, I had to use a sticky roller to remove the hair before refilling all the bowls. The last straw came this morning — after only 3 days, the mat now has a 2″ tear in the corner. Again, Shu is a small, female house cat — not a puma. I won’t be using the mat anymore. So disappointing.
