I’m 5’2 137lbs measurements are 36 30 40, not very curvy in the hip, heart shaped bum, short torso. I meant to order a medium and accidently purchased a small. It is a little difficult to get in but once I’m in, it’s one of the most comfortable waist trainers I’ve ever worn. The way the top and bottom curve outward, allows it to flow with my shape instead of pressing and squeezing making back fat humps and making my top booty look weird. It’s thick and firm without being too firm so it holds everything together. The thing I like most about it is how far it comes down in the front. I’ve had c-sections so my lower abdomen is a little more poochy. This waist trainer comes down far enough to pull all that together instead of ot hanging out the bottom. Super happy with the purchase.

I ordered a medium because I have a 28 inch waist. It didn’t even come close to fitting correctly. I will say that it looks well made, but the sizing is off. I’m going to try a large now, hopefully that will fit

I have purchased many Waist trainers for working out in the past but none of them are like this one. This waste trainer is A good quality material And is very comfortable! I wore it to work out it’s a great product! Best waist trainer by far!! I’m 5”4’ and 190 pounds and I ordered extra large. I also like how the waist trainer is lower in the front where your belly is and shorter in the back where your butt is I’ve always had a problem with waist trainers smashing my butt down lol but this one solved my problem!
