This laptop has it all: best performance, very fast, big memory, light-weight, amazing for zoom meetings… The keyboard is backlit.

It runs fine, when it is cool, it was expensive. the part about this computer that I absolutely HATE, is that it overheats every single day. I keep it plugged in to stay charged, and it over-heats, shuts down and won’t restart for 15-20 min. until it cools down. And it gets VERY VERY HOT. It is AWFUL. So I have to constantly plug it in, un plug it, plug it in, unplug it. I can’t return it. I just wish my last dell didn’t die, I had that laptop plugged in all day everyday for YEARS and YEARS. All I want, is for it to work and not over-heat. I paid $1,399 on amazon August 2021. never again

got on sale went for around 1600 paid 1270 we have other online Wi-Fi laptops and this does not happen to them so it is a defect in this particular product. it disconnects from the internet connection or Wifi twice a hour on average throughout 17 hours a day that I am working on the laptop. very annoying. manufacturer please get in touch with me. i bought it from Amazon

THIS LAPTOP WAS CLAIMED TO BE ONE OF THE VERY BEST!!!! IT COST US $860 IN IT SUPPORT TO HAVE THIS INSTALLED WITH OUR APPS. IT DOES NOT WORK!!!! ACCORDING TO THE OPINION OF 3 PROFESSIONALS IT IS EITHER A DEFECTIVE GRAPHICS CARD OR CPU ISSUE!!! HOW SHAMEFUL!
